Role Overview:

As a pivotal figure within the Cognizant TriZetto framework, the Product Owner Associate Director is tasked with sculpting the product vision in concert with the product management team. This role demands a strategic approach to determine the implementation of the product management vision within the confines of release and sprint timeframes, working closely with product owners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Spearhead multiple intricate product initiatives, setting clear goals and objectives, and steering them to fruition.

· Collaborate with the leadership echelon, product management, and software engineering teams to orchestrate the planning and execution of Agile releases and multifaceted projects, aligning with roadmap priorities and historical capabilities.

· Curate and upkeep product roadmaps to mirror the product management and product owner's vision accurately.

· Offer robust support and mentorship to product owners, particularly in the refinement and maintenance of the product backlog and the establishment of business-level (feature) acceptance criteria.

· Liaise with the Scrum master and other Agile leadership team members to ensure stakeholder contentment and investment returns by validating solutions and affirming end-user quality standards.

· Maintain transparent communication with management regarding program and project trajectories, milestones, triumphs, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in leading product development initiatives within an Agile framework.

· Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.

· A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and project management.
