Join a dynamic team at a world-renowned pharmaceutical company, and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial future About the Role: As our Corporate Controller, you will be a strategic partner to the CFO, leading a team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls. This is a critical leadership position within a growing organization, offering the opportunity to directly impact success. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including financial statements, reconciliations, and closing processes. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and analyze financial reports and metrics to provide strategic insights to senior management. Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process. Stay abreast of relevant accounting standards and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial controller role, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Proven managerial experience with a strong track record of leading and motivating accounting teams. Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments. Proficient in financial modeling and reporting software.
