Customer Service Representative

We are seeking for a Customer Service to carry out the administrative management of internal and external clients assigned.

Among other roles and responsibilities:

•Management of incoming orders and documents required.

•Prepare needed documents to handle the orders.

•Update and manage the clients data base, including commercial conditions.

•Knowledge of the product, commercial conditions and market characteristics.

•Provide support to the salesforce regarding orders, invoices and documents.

•Advice the clients and salesforce, providing necessary information related to orders and commercial conditions.

•Respond to claims and complains of the client, providing solutions or transferring the claim to the right person, ensuring the resolutions and the client's satisfaction.

•Conduct a follow-up of pending invoices, giving support to the Commercial Area in the claim of non-paid invoices from the clients.

Requirements:

•Bilingual in English & Spanish

•Experience in similar position.

•SAP Knowledge is PLUS

•Authorized to work in US.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
