Dit is een kritische functie binnen het productieteam dat werkt aan dynamische uitdagingen en gevarieerde projecten waarbij je een tastbaar effect zult hebben op de efficiëntie van de productie van Rotork. Deze rol rapporteert aan de Manufacturing Engineering Manager en is bedoeld om te zorgen voor de voortdurende verbeteringen van technische taken en processen tijdens een transformatieperiode van ontwikkelingen en efficiëntiewinsten binnen de locatie. In deze rol ontwerp, implementeer en documenteer je processen op de werkvloer, waarbij je de beste technische praktijken in acht neemt. Je neemt deel aan audits, technische ondersteuning en probleemonderzoeken/oplossingen met de bedoeling nieuwe processen en apparatuur voor te stellen, waar van toepassing en passend. Deze rol past bij een proactieve kandidaat die gemotiveerd is in het oplossen van problemen en het aandrijven van oplossingen. Je moet een teamspeler zijn, zelfstandig kunnen werken en een analytische geest hebben met oog voor detail.

Ervaringsvereisten: • Bewustzijn van technieken als Lean Manufacturing en Continuous Improvement • Gewerkt binnen een technische productieomgeving • Ervaring met het beheren van CAPEX-projecten met een waarde van 100K • Ervaring hebt met het maken van werkprocessen en procesinstructies
