Role Overview:
Infojini is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales to join our leadership team. This role is essential for driving sales and strategic initiatives within the specified region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and exceeding regional sales targets, leading and developing a sales team, and establishing robust relationships with key clients, including IT Managers, CIOs, and procurement officers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in sales leadership within the IT services and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, ensuring they achieve individual and regional sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including IT Managers, CIOs, and procurement officers, providing solutions and prototypes tailored to their needs.
Collaborate closely with the National VP of Sales and Strategic Initiatives to align regional strategies with national goals.
Contribute regional insights and feedback to inform national sales strategies and product development.
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Ensure the sales team effectively utilizes data transformation, AI, and CRM technologies to enhance sales efforts and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on regional sales results and forecasts for future performance to the National VP and executive team.
Travel within the region to connect with team members, clients, and potential customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Regional Vice President of Sales or similar leadership role in the IT services and staffing industry.
Strong experience working with IT Managers, CIOs, and procurement officers in providing IT solutions and prototypes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the SLED market and regional business dynamics.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Availability to travel as needed within the region.
BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
