Job Description:

Quotes, reviews and administers warranty and maintenance agreements for customer service accounts of moderate scope and complexity to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations.

Responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints, and ensures compliance with warranty or maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities:

* Primary interface to the customer for daily questions.

* Participate in customer meetings.

* Communicate order status.

* Administer non-technical changes and expedite requests.

* Identify/confirm whether engineering product definition exists.

* Review and understand each customer purchase order and contract.

* Assure price adjustments are implemented.

* Initiate purchase order (PO) review.

* Collect necessary information to process export licenses for shipping purposes.

* Authorize Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).

* Ensure technical questions are answered by the Business Teams.

* Responsible for ensuring obstacles preventing the entering of sales orders for New Products are resolved.

* Ensure logistics conditions are met in accordance with contract requirements.

* Perform proforma invoicing.

* Provide support to Demand Planners as required (i.e., web portals, customer forecasts, etc.)

* Review customer portals, incorporate PO releases, and changes in demand information.

* Process credit/debit memos in an efficient & timely manner.

* Collect necessary documentation for new account setup

* Provide professionally written correspondence to customers.

Education and Experience:

* Degree in Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Must have customer service experience

* Warranty and maintenance agreement experience a high PLUS

Skills and Knowledge:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident alien

* Must be able to use Excel

* Proficiency (intermediate skills) in tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Webfocus/data warehouse, and other similar software products

Descripcin del trabajo:

Cotiza, revisa y administra acuerdos de garanta y mantenimiento para cuentas de servicio al cliente de alcance y complejidad moderados para lograr los objetivos comerciales de la divisin y cumplir con las expectativas de desempeo del cliente.

Responsable de la direccin y supervisin de las cuentas de clientes asignadas. Interpreta las solicitudes de los clientes, supervisa el rendimiento y la entrega, investiga las quejas y garantiza el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de garanta o mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades:

* Interfaz principal con el cliente para preguntas diarias.

* Participar en reuniones con clientes.

* Comunicar el estado del pedido.

* Administrar cambios no tcnicos y acelerar solicitudes.

* Identificar/confirmar si existe una definicin de producto de ingeniera.

* Revisar y comprender cada orden de compra y contrato de cliente.

*Asegurar que se implementen ajustes de precios.

* Iniciar revisin de orden de compra (PO).

* Recopilar informacin necesaria para tramitar licencias de exportacin con fines de envo.

* Autorizar Autorizaciones de Devolucin de Material (RMA).

* Garantizar que las preguntas tcnicas sean respondidas por los equipos comerciales.

* Responsable de asegurar que se resuelvan los obstculos que impiden el ingreso de rdenes de venta de Nuevos Productos.

* Asegurar que las condiciones logsticas se cumplan de acuerdo con los requisitos del contrato.

* Realizar facturacin proforma.

* Brindar soporte a los Planificadores de demanda segn sea necesario (es decir, portales web, pronsticos de clientes, etc.)

* Revisar portales de clientes, incorporar comunicados de PO y cambios en la informacin de la demanda.

* Procesar notas de crdito/dbito de manera eficiente y oportuna.

* Recopilar la documentacin necesaria para la configuracin de una nueva cuenta.

* Proporcionar correspondencia escrita profesionalmente a los clientes.

Educacin y experiencia:

* Licenciatura en Negocios, o campo relacionado, o una combinacin equivalente de educacin y experiencia.

*Debe tener experiencia en atencin al cliente.

* El acuerdo de garanta y mantenimiento experimenta un alto PLUS

Habilidades y conocimientos:

* Debe ser ciudadano estadounidense o residente permanente
