Your primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support processes and contribute to the success of our international business operations. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and empathetically. Update customer profiles accurately in our database. Order Processing and Documentation : Process orders for international clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Confirm delivery details and track shipments. Maintain export-related documentation. Product Knowledge and Sales : Demonstrate features and usability of new products and services to clients. Upsell additional offerings based on customer needs. Collaborate with sales teams to promote our offerings globally. Problem Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly. Work closely with internal teams to address any operational challenges affecting customer satisfaction. Communication and Relationship Building : Maintain healthy business relationships with international customers. Provide exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty. Qualifications Skills and Traits: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills to manage customer profiles and documentation. Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns. Sales acumen to promote additional products and services. Attention to detail for accurate order processing. Cultural sensitivity to navigate international interactions. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or customer relations is essential, preferably in the CPG industry. Familiarity with international shipping and export documentation is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
