Requirements/Experience:

  • 3 years of experience with strong GL exp, journal entries, balance sheets, month end, etc
  • Someone interested in process improvement
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction, good at problem solving
  • Excel capabilities (doesn’t need to be super strong though)
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Controller managing monthly close task list.

Preparing and booking monthly journal entries as assigned.

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

Performing Balance Sheet review and actual versus budget analysis reports.

Assisting with annual review and tax schedule preparation.

Investigating and resolving account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.

Reviewing current processes for ongoing process improvement opportunities.

Performing other accounting duties as needed and supporting our Operations and Leadership Teams.
