WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the repair process for a wide range of tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assess incoming tools and determine the appropriate repair path, whether internal, external, or across branches. * Manage repair orders and communicate effectively with customers about repair status, invoicing, and follow-ups. * Work closely with various departments, including rental, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient operations. * Maintain accurate records for repairs, assist with inventory counts, and handle warranty claims. * Ensure the warehouse is organized and prepared for high volumes of tools and special events.
