-5-10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing campaign / program management

-Experience using Salesforce and Asana preferred

-Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers

-Experience suggesting strategy and compiling reporting

-30% reporting, 30% audience generation (using SF to find the right customers to invite), 20% decks & 20% adhoq tasks

-Experience supporting campaign management, exec support, pitch new invitations, creatives, project management work, creating marketing decks

-Field marketing function, accelerate and move/capture new deals

-SaaS background -- big plus

-Slack -- trainable - big plus

Role Description:

We are seeking an individual contributor to take on the role of strategy and governance for Executive Hospitality. In this critical position, you will be responsible for organizational strategy - including audience gen innovation, budget management and partnership negotiation across Formula 1, Live Nation, Bay Area suites and marquee program offerings. Attending various meetings on audience targets and operations, updating, and maintaining reports daily, updating and maintaining team resources (decks, budget, etc), participating in meetings around program pitches and ideas.

Role Responsibilities:

-Effectively utilize Salesforce to set up, track, manage, and measure program campaigns, attendees, and pipeline impact

-Creation and management of program infrastructure and go to market strategy

-Drive creation of program offering playbooks and best practices

-Budget management, PR/PO and contracting supporting

-Program audience generation design and innovation with focus on shift from pipe gen to pipe mat

-Audience generation partner engagement (CoS, Innovations, Global partners) across all program offerings

-Work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.

-Establish trusted relationships with the various stakeholders you will work with

-Support global scaling of program and driving accountability with global partners
