Job DescriptionAre you looking for an opportunity to utilize your years of client service experience in wealth management to help new associates learn and develop? If so, our Centralized Client Service Manager position may be the perfect fit for youOur team is based out of our Bellevue office, but we often spend time in our other Seattle-area offices (Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Seattle). We have a hybrid work environment (in office two days a week) and work 7:00am - 4:00pm minus lunch daily.The Centralized Client Service Manager reports to the Director of Client Service. Specific responsibilities include:Onboard and train all new client service team members in Client Service Associate tasksProvide Salesforce training to all new team members who will be using the CRMAssist the Director in assessing the effectiveness of our current training curriculum and delivery methods; suggest and implement potential improvementsManage, coach, mentor, and/or develop Client Service Associates and summer internsOversee the Centralized Client Service task queue, including utilizing tasks to train new CSAs and completing or assigning tasks to ensure quick, accurate, exceptional client serviceFacilitate CCS team meetings and cross-departmental meetings, including drafting agendas and creating and presenting PowerPoint presentationsCollaborate with other departments to complete projects that impact the larger client service group across all wealth management teams, such as:Investigating and documenting custodian updates and technology enhancementsUpdating CRM processesDocumenting best practicesCreating and distributing training materials in writing, video, or live meetingsAssist with the administrative aspects of alternative investmentsServe as subject matter expert regarding client service processes and best practices, including answering ongoing questions, troubleshooting, resolving issues, providing guidance regarding complex scenarios, and ensuring consistency across all wealth management teamsExperience and SkillsWe are looking for a candidate who has:5+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industry (preferably in an RIA)Supervisory experience is preferredExperience with Fidelity and/or Schwab strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac is a plusSeries 65 and the FPQP or first module of the CFP are preferred (or willingness to get them within the first 2 years of employment)A Bachelor's degreeProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsJob BenefitsBenefitsAs a Best Workplaces awardee, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and supportive culture.
