Objective
Tech Guardian is seeking a Team Lead Senior-Level Systems Engineer & Network Administrator to train our support team, build our bench strength, and be the final escalation point for lower-level engineers and technicians.They will lead the support team and be integral to the company’s long-term strategy.They will also support our clients by resolving complex issues beyond the skill of level 1 or 2 technicians.They’ll plan and engineer high level projects for clients and maintain stringent security practices. Although they work remotely, they will communicate directly to clients and end-users to troubleshoot problems and execute projects. Therefore, they must have exceptional customer service skills and act professionally. Here’s a closer look at what they’ll do:
