JOB SUMMARY

: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role will serve as a strategic partner to Leadership and Team Members providing guidance and support across all levels. This role plays a crucial role in maintaining a compliant workplace across multiple Assisted Living communities. The HRBP will be responsible for supporting and leading within various aspects of Human Resources (HR) based on need including but not limited to the implementation of change initiatives that align with our strategic objectives, policy compliance, specific annual goal related projects and HRIS optimization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Partner with Vice President of Human Resources to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Provide guidance and consultation to supervisors and team members on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development. Conduct regular analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance of internal company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Conduct regular departmental audits to assess policy adherence and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in and/or lead the execution of special projects from start to finish. This includes managing project budgets, setting deadlines with fellow team members, and monitoring the progress of projects. Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the successful completion of special projects. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. Drive HR-related change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development. Collaborate with other departments and communities to ensure the smooth execution of new and/or updated HR programs, policies, and strategies. Produce accurate and well formatted material that is clear and visually appealing and informative to the targeted audience. Manage and work towards optimizing all Human Resource Information Systems ensuring efficiency and full use, while streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and providing meaningful insights for decision-making. Compile data as needed for

audits/investigations/employment

actions, etc. and assist with employee relations issues if needed. Provide support with the administration of our Learning Management System QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters Degree preferred) A minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience, with at least three years in an HRBP or similar strategic role. Proficient in multiple HR functional areas including organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development, change management, compensation, and culture Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices. Highly motivated to drive projects and maintain deadlines while focusing on supervisor outcomes and results. Strong proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Salary is commensurate with training, experience, and education.
