This position is for our Afternoon Shift.

This is an on site position at our Salt Lake City shop. No Remote positions are available.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Outbound calls to existing customers to schedule, reschedule maintenance appointments or other services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in typing and google docs
  • Maximize your computer skills by working with our CRM ServiceTitan, Spreadsheets, Slack, and more
  • Experience in the Trade Industry is a plus.
