What You Will Do

You will be responsible for all aspects of leading an assigned region, including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team. You will develop and implement the sales strategy in alignment with the regional growth plan. You will be responsible for building and leading a sales team, implementing processes, and partnering with other functions within the company to deliver the highest customer experience.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the assigned region to achieve budget; implement plans to drive a pull model focused on conversion and specifications.
  • Manage, recruit, train, motivate, coach, develop and retain a high-performance team.
  • Meets regularly with the sales team to review goals, strategies, and prospects; manages overall performance and provides direction and objective coaching as needed.
  • Develop, strategize, plan, and maintain business relationships with key customers.
  • Develop, manage, and grow the opportunity pipeline.
  • Track regional KPI's and other performance metrics; including activities in SalesForce.
  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
  • Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
  • Implement, and maintain company policies, procedures and intra-departmental communications; maintain managerial relationships by encouraging and providing a timely two-way flow of information between subordinates, management, and user groups.
  • Responsible for personnel, sales activities, industry symposiums, etc. at physical VEC location.
  • Communication of sales results, programs & processes.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
  • Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.

Benefits

Base: $99,000.00 to $169,000.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.

Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
