Ricerchiamo un* Sales Associate da inserire in uno dei nostri stores di Bergamo. Responsabilit:

Il/la Sales Associate, riportando all* Store Manager si occuper delle seguenti attivit:

  • Assistere i/le nostr* Clienti, soddisfando le loro esigenze e garantendo loro uneccellente esperienza allinterno dello store;
  • Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
  • Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising.
  • Contribuire a creare ad un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

  • Buone capacit comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i/le Clienti e garantire loro uneccellente Customer Experience;
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
  • Approccio curioso e proattivo;
  • Buone capacit di problem solving;
  • Flessibilit e disponibilit al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
  • Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99).
