APQP/PPAP experience Preferred Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in demonstrated process improvement success; proven accomplishments utilizing Lean tools/methodologies; Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing and process capability tools required to drive the continuous improvement culture into the organization. 4+ years' experience as a Quality Engineer in Aerospace. BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related job experience.
