Communication and Collaboration: Report directly to the Division Manager, keeping them informed about work activities, team operations, and project performance. Collaborate with the Division Manager to identify key hires and facilitate team growth.

Business Development:Spearhead business development strategies across a diverse range of transportation agencies from local to state and regional level. Identify growth opportunities, key clients, and actively pursue new prospects. Take the lead in proposal development, working closely with the Division Manager.
