As a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will help lead the evolution of our platform, partnering with cross-functional teams and customers to build solutions that improve healthcare delivery at scale. This is a full-time hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. About Primefocus Health, Inc. We're building an innovative technology platform that enables healthcare providers and hospitals to create customized remote patient management solutions for chronic conditions. We're on a mission to transform how healthcare providers deliver remote care, making it more efficient and personalized for each patient's needs. Description Work Setting This role is based at our San Francisco headquarters and may require up to 15% domestic travel for customer site visits, conferences, and team collaboration. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills. Expect a mix of meetings, workshops, and independent deep work using digital tools. Responsibilities Define and execute the platform product strategy and roadmap Collaborate directly with healthcare systems to understand workflows, needs, and opportunities Conduct user research and market analysis to prioritize features and capabilities Translate findings into detailed product requirements and user stories Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle Lead product launches, adoption efforts, and ongoing improvements Monitor product metrics and performance to inform iteration Communicate plans and updates to leadership and external partners Stay informed on healthcare regulations, technology trends, and best practices Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 57+ years of product management experience, including SaaS platform experience Direct experience working with hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, healthcare insurance companies, or self-insured employers Technical fluency and understanding of product development processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience creating product requirement documents, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory landscape, including key frameworks such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Guidelines) Proven record of product launches and scaling Strong business acumen and experience with pricing models and go-to-market strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation for this role in San Francisco, CA is $140,000 $190,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on the candidates skills, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
