Coordinate with external vendors and technical teams to support internal applications. Participate in Agile sessions, including Standup, Weekly Refinement & Estimate Sessions, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retro sessions. Work with Analysts to gather requirements, write technical design documents, test, debug, and help implement programs. Conduct application tuning using OWASP solutions, perform root cause analysis and change management activities, configure security features, write or modify scripts as necessary, and identify and resolve solution issues.
