Your OpportunityNew Relic is hiring a Senior Motion Generalist. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration to produce engaging motion graphics and video content. The ideal candidate will push the brand forward through the execution of motion design and editing work, creating technical demos, product animations, customer stories, social content, and more. The Senior Motion Generalist will work closely with Designers, Producers, Writers, and Product Marketers.What You'll doLead the creation of visually compelling, on-brand motion graphics and videos from concept through to execution.Drive innovation in motion design by embracing the latest tools, technologies, workflows, and AI advancements to enhance creativity and efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline production processes, enabling a focus on creative exploration and and evolve our motion design principles and processes.Stay ahead of design trends, applying fresh insights to push our brand forward.What is Required4+ years of motion/video/editing experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Adobe Premiere and After EffectsStrong conceptual design skills, including typography and layout expertiseExperience creating Lottie files to enhance interactivityVersatile motion design skills, with the ability to create engaging animations suitable for various platformsEffective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholdersGrowth mindset and ability to work effectively in ambiguityBachelor's degree or equivalent experience: 5 years for Bachelor's; Qualified applicants may inquire about visa sponsorship (including transfer of a current H-1B visa), but the company does not support or sponsor O-1, F-1, or J-1 visas, or candidates who require commencement of an H-1B "cap case" petition for future work authorization.
