JOBSITE: 950 Reserve Drive, Suite 150, Roseville, CA 95678HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per weekSALARY: $131,331 - $135,300 per year Job DutiesANALYSIS & DATA INSIGHTS:Analyze, interpret and deliver accurate analytics insights to clients, and provide strategic recommendations to support client leaders to evolve their company's digital experience. (5%) Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and perform audits to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing and communications strategies and develop an analytics solution design. (10%) Provide prompt and accurate responses to ad-hoc client requests regarding website analytics. (5%) Use analytics reporting tools, including LookerStudio and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Debugger tools such as Omnibug, to prepare reports and findings, illustrating data graphically and translating conclusions in written or verbal communications for relevant stakeholder initiatives. (10%) Aggregate data from Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), websites and online marketing campaigns, present findings and prepare preliminary performance evaluations and recommendations for media optimization. (2.5%) ANALYTICS STRATEGY & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:Develop and execute main strategies for clients while working independently as the primary point of contact. Set meeting agendas; craft and evaluate effective marketing and digital analytics strategies to optimize client campaigns and enhance customer experience. Guide clients in understanding and applying strategies to their business goals, both through web and in-person meetings. (10%) Serve as primary liaison and point of contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships and independently managing the development and execution of digital strategies. Understand client needs, business objectives and provide consultative advisement. Translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting clients in making informed decisions to improve their marketing efforts. (12.5%) Perform business discovery to strategically guide clients towards increased analytics maturity. (5%) Set up digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other industry-standard analytics tools and utilize to collect data, analyze, interpret, draw conclusions, summarize information, and provide insight into user behavior. Configure client-specific settings for appropriate tools to align with tracking plan. (5%) CLIENT TRAINING & DATA GOVERNANCE:Provide targeted training to clients on capturing data and turning insights into actionable strategies with recommendations to achieve their goals. (5%) Create and maintain client documentation that reflects their usage of data and tools within the organization and deliver performance tracking reports. (5%) Engage key stakeholders with compelling communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying strategies and insights. Coordinates and collaborates across different practices and workstreams both internally and externally. (10%) MENTORING & CONTINUING IMPROVEMENT:Share knowledge, mentor and train junior strategists, coordinating across different practices and processes. Execute reporting and analytic tasks in support of other team members. (7.50%)Proactively seek growth opportunities and contribute to internal team dynamics while dedicating time for professional development, including pursuing relevant certifications in analytics and digital marketing. (7.50%) [*** Hybrid option available; may work from home within California.***] Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Analytics, or relevant field, plus 3 years in job offered, or as Analytics Strategist, Consultant or related digital analytics/marketing analyst job within a consulting agency environment. Must have 2 years' experience with: Digital marketing and digital analytics methodologies, such as audience segmentation analysis, experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys or market research; Using and implementing one or more digital analytics tools, including LookerStudio, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics or other industry-standard analytics tools; Variety of Customer Data Platforms; Developing and delivering training both internally and to clients; Project management, including managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
