These unique products are sold through retail and professional automotive channels.Job Summary The Division Human Resources Director will be based our of our Houston, TX facilty and report directly to the VP/GM. This individual will serve as a key member of the divisional leadership team and provide significant contribution to annual and long range planning. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR within the division including talent management, organizational design, talent attraction and development, employee engagement and legal compliance. The Division HR Director supervises a team of (2) HR professionals, and supports approximately 160 employees across Houston, TX; Lakeland, FL; and Solon, OH.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTALENT STRATEGY -Create and implement Division talent management and development strategy to build and maintain strong talent and succession planning within the division.CULTURE CHAMPION - Learn, embrace, and serve as a culture champion for ITW Business Model and Toolbox. Align ITW core values division-wide by creating a culture of inclusion and engagement to meet business and talent needs.ORGANIZATION DESIGN - Assess organizational capabilities to ensure alignment to annual and long range plans. Partner with functional leaders on organizational change to support division objectives, including organization design development and communication

ACQUISITION - Works with functional leaders to manage talent acquisition activities as necessary and advises on market compensation requirements.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - Lead and support performance management cycle, advising and coaching in areas of goal setting, mid-year feedback activities, annual performance review and the compensation planning process.COMPENSATION- Develops and administers job evaluations and annual compensation review programs, using relevant market data as needed to maintain competitiveness.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT- Design, deliver and implement training programs on various business, human resource, and leadership topics to develop talent and leadership capabilities. Coach business leaders and their teams on the development of others to support talent pipeline.EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - Lead and support employee relations matters including policy creation, interpretations and if necessary, investigations. Provides coaching to local leadership team based on business needs and applicable HR practices.COMPLIANCE -Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.SAFETY - Supports safety initiatives and drives zero accident safety culture.OTHER- Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred.Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HR leadership role.Strong business partnership capabilities with an ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.Strong written and verbal communcation skills, with an ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the

functional expertise across multiple areas, including organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, change management, compensation, and strategic workforce planning.Ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential business and employee

knowledge of U.S. employment law including FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.Able to work independently and effectively prioritize workload.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
