Join us and make a difference In this role, you will gain many intangible skills, such as time and task management, critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, as well as solve complex problems using available tools.Primary Responsibilities:Designing, implementing, and overseeing end-user support for a large organizational component employing a broad spectrum of applications and hardwareDesigning, directing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the entire programOversees all aspects of user and system documentation, training, communications, budgeting and staffingProactively seeks improvements to products, technologies, and approaches, and independently provides recommendations to Government managers on the best ways to make applications available and on which packages might be best suited for particular needs or the existing technical environmentReports to the Contractor IT Manager or the Systems Manager for a very large caseBasic Qualifications:DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field and 8+ years of prior or relevant experience.A minimum of (5) years of progressively responsible technical systems experienceA minimum of (8) years of information technology administration with a minimum of 5 years of desktop support and service desk supportWindows 10 expertiseExperience actually setting up an end user support programExpert user of the applications supportedKnowledge of the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment being supported.Outstanding oral and written communications skillsU.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearancePreferred Qualifications:ITIL certificationSeven (7) years of providing direct support to end users of computer applicationsAt least two years of experience in automated litigationExperience with Government office automation environments extremely helpful.Supervisory experienceCertification in eDiscovery programExperience working in a Federal Government environment.Current Public Trust or higher security clearance Original Posting Date: 2024-09-24While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
