Tasks

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our patients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients over the phone, and via email with inquiries about appointments, billing, and general information.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.

Billing and Insurance: Assist patients with billing questions, process payments, and verify insurance information.

Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their healthcare services and any necessary preparations.

Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Problem-solving skills and a patient-centric approach.
