Job Overview:

As a Junior Solution Consultant at Extropy Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge Source-to-Pay solutions to our clients. You will demonstrate technical mastery of our solutions, collaborating closely with functional consultants to configure and tailor these solutions to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer requirements, leading technical workshops, providing advanced support, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and customer-facing teams. With a proactive and customer-centric approach, you will contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing support of our solutions, making a significant impact on our clients' financial transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate Technical Mastery: Showcase a deep technical understanding of Source-to-Pay solutions.

  2. Collaborative Configuration: Collaborate closely with functional consultants to configure Source-to-Pay solutions by fully leveraging technical capabilities. Assist in translating client requirements into system configurations.

  3. Customer-Centric Analysis: Analyze and comprehend customer needs as expressed in functional specifications. Align these requirements with the available software functionalities, ensuring a precise fit to meet customer objectives.

  4. Lead Technical Workshops: Take a leadership role in conducting technical workshops with clients. Communicate updates and recommendations with confidence, addressing client queries and concerns effectively.

  5. Initiative and Problem Solving: Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying challenges and facilitating discussions to seek innovative solutions. Act as a problem solver, finding efficient ways to meet customer requirements.

  6. Configuration and Development: Engage in system configuration, interface development, and testing to provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

  7. Advanced Support: Review and diagnose requests that are escalated to the support team, applying technical expertise to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Provide expert-level support to clients and internal teams.

  8. Customer-Centric Approach: Work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and provide personalized support. Collaborate effectively with the technical team to address customer challenges and enhance their experience.

  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and requirements. Create well-structured documentation that captures essential details for reference and future improvements.

  10. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for customer teams on the Source-to-Pay solution, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the system's capabilities and how to use it effectively. Share knowledge and expertise to empower clients.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

·Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT/Implementation field.

·Expertise in development principles (.NET C# is an asset).

·Proficiency in SQL queries (in Oracle or SQL Server environments).

·Knowledge of Procurement tools or ERP systems.

·Familiarity with SaaS environments.

·Management of standard document types: CSV, XML, EDI, cXML.

·Knowledge of ETL tools, Webservices, and transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, AS2.

·Knowledge of web development and integration environments: C#, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET.
