Receptionist manages sale transactions of retail products in the store.

**REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and data entry experience
- Multi-line telephone experience
- Professional appearance and disposition
- Fluent in the English language
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly & quickly
- Detail oriented

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be a team player, self-motivated
- Must be able to work in an active environment

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate a multi-line phone system
- Answer all incoming calls; ideally by the third ring with a friendly voice, polite, professional manner, and transfer them to the appropriate person or department quickly
- Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing the time they are put on hold
- Keep written records of who is on hold
- Take detailed messages when call cannot be completed including name, phone number, time of call, and information requested to be delivered to the appropriate party in a timely manner
- Use the caller’s name whenever possible
- Handle customer complaints effectively and direct the client if required to the appropriate manager
- Be informed of the sales team members working on a daily basis
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions customers may have
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Maintain inventory on all incoming vehicles through Tekion
- Ensure each vehicle has the proper window sticker and/or buyer guide
- Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Follows procedure for time clocks and properly clocking in and out of work daily
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
- Create files for used car inventory as requested by Manager
- Take inventory of office supplies and refreshments, restock as needed
- Handle retail apparel sales
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
