As Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Creating visually pleasing and on-trend content for social media sites such as Facebook,

Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube and TikTok
- Graphic design support
- Marketing tools and technology troubleshooting and support (including real estate

industry tools such as CRMs, CMAs, and more)
- Managing large
- and small-scale projects to ensure deadlines are met

- Be a creative problem solver—must have strong technical skills and the ability to find

and building connections with our real estate agents

**Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or equivalent

work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing—agency experience is a plus
- Goal oriented—organized and customer service-minded
- Inquisitive and curious—able to see a problem and want to solve it by investigating

quickly—finding solutions and executing
- Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva

**Compensation**:

- Full-Time, Salary Position paid in bi-weekly installments
- $45,000-$52,000 based on experience
