The Referral Coordinator for Physical Therapy handles referrals for patients in the department.

**_ Roles & Responsibilities:_**
- Review and management of referral work queue for Physical Therapy.
- Obtains informed consent under mínimal supervision of the investigator(s) and educates participants regarding study requirements.
- Assign referrals to internal departments.
- Facilitate communication and assignment of referrals to Trusted Network of Rehab providers, as appropriate.
- Maintain records and database.
- Track referrals and report on trends.

**_Requirements:_**
- High school graduate. College preferred.
