**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sterile supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.

**Required Skills**:

- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sterile processing preferred.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and infection control protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
