Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we provide effective personalized multi-lingual intervention that improves the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

**Position**:
Ensemble Therapy is looking for a full-time LMFT or LCSW to join our dynamic schools team in Fontana, CA. This position would be for the 2024/2025 school year.

**Who you are**:

- You are an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy's mission and culture
- You are collaborative, caring, customer service oriented, and enjoy being part of a team
- You hold a Masters degree or Doctoral degree in a clinical discipline (i.e. psychology, clinical social work, marriage & family therapy)
- You hold a valid California license to practice in a mental health field
- You have passion and enthusiasm about working with children, teens, and adults
- Must have a strong/ability desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc)
- Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
- Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical treatment to children, teens, and adults
- Provide consultation to school staff members of other disciplines and other community agencies as needed
- Provide clinical consultation to parents, extended family, teachers and other adult caregivers as needed.
- Collaborate with school personnel and other partner agencies when needed to effectively conduct case management and achieve goal objectives
- Provide assessments/evaluations and treatment
- If necessary, supervise interns or assistants
- Regularly measure clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, projected discharge dates.
- Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for clients who are seen for multiple services.

**Compensation**:
