- Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence.

- Must have experience in a childcare setting
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to others
- Solution and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Coachable and able to coach
- Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Setting up training for new employees
- Reviewing and following up for completion of employee and children's files
- Ensures teacher training requirements are up-to-date; maintains staff files
- Creating weekly staff schedules and break schedules
- Maintaining inventory, ordering and stocking school supplies which includes art supplies, food and stationery
- Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Randolph Employee Handbook
- Ability to lift 35lbs
- Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary
- Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school
