Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Handle escalated customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and products
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
