Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
- Assist chiropractors with patient intake and prepare treatment rooms
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and process payments
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the clinic's daily operations

**Skills**:

- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a Chiropractic
- Proficiency in using medical receptionist systems and software
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations or software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
