Veterinary Csr/ Receptionist

**Full Time POSITION AVAILABLE**

Privately owned, AAHA accredited vet practice is looking for enthusiastic animal lovers to join our team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, the Veterinary field could be for you.

Your job duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Utilizing our phone/paging system to communicate with clients, doctors and fellow staff.
- Utilizing our practice management software (Infinity by Impromed) to book appointments, check clients in and out of their appointments, update medical records, track inner office messaging, communicate with DVM's and other staff, etc.
- Keeping both paper and electronic records up to date and filed.
- Triaging over the phone/in person to ensure pets are seen in a timely manner.
- Working with the Practice Manager as well as the Medical Director to ensure our Patients/Clients are happy and being treated well.

Basic knowledge of Veterinary terminology and products is recommended but not required. Must be flexible with scheduling, weekends are a must. Our hospital is closed on most major holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
