**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Office Administration:

- Maintain and improve office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Oversee office budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and requests, both internal and external.

2. **Human Resources Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining employee records and documentation.

3**. Financial Management**:

- Assist in billing and invoicing processes, coordinating with attorneys and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, working closely with accounting staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

4. Technology and IT Support:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT vendors for support and solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.

5. Client Service and Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as necessary.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and conference arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software (e.g., case management systems, billing software).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
