- Conduct exhilarating, pre-designed workouts for groups of 25 clients, creating an environment where energy soars and limits are surpassed.
- Be the heartbeat of each rowing session, injecting motivation and enthusiasm that propels clients to their best selves.
- Champion the growth of Row House classes, not just filling seats but fostering a community where every member feels valued and seen.
- Master the art of rowing technique instruction, ensuring a safe, effective, and joy-filled experience for all skill levels.
- Participate in Row House's continuous learning ethos, attending staff meetings and educational sessions to enhance your coaching prowess.
- Be a frontline ambassador for member concerns, embodying a solution-focused and empathetic approach.
- Support our mission beyond the erg by assisting with studio tours and sales, sharing the Row House difference with potential new members.
- Prep the stage for success, setting up equipment and demystifying class formats for newcomers and seasoned rowers alike.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
