- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Communicate project status updates to Management.
- Implement quality control procedures throughout the construction process

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in contract management, RFI, Project Schedule and AIA Documents such as Pay Applications
- Strong time management and project coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with UDA Construction, ProCore, or similar project management software
- Knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling techniques

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Weekly pay

Experience level:

- 5 years

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
