About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Florida Construction Connection, Inc. as a key member of our luxury home building division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ground-up luxury custom home projects from inception to close-out, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing residential construction projects, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
