Process Automated Systems & Services is a small business in Fremont, WI. We specialize in automation of foundry equipment and we operate a small fabrication shop. Working hours are flexible for office staff.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Secretary. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

**Duties**:

- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and computerized systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
