**Responsibilities for Personal Touch (handling all operations with integrity and individualized attention)**:

- Oversee daily operations of office ensuring that office operates smoothly
- Answering all phone inquiries, scheduling and maintaining
- Calendar of sales and office meetings, doing research, creating reports
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, provide and collect intake information, create files, and update team member upon arrival
- System development: stabilize office policies and procedures, ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Manage office budget - A/R and A/P
- Logistics for company events: tailored system and management
