We do this through our expertise in brand strategy, innovation and consumer insight (both qualitative and quantitative) which we deploy across our three business verticals of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Health and Lifestyle.

JOB OVERVIEW

Egg strategists’ partner with patients, caregivers + care partners, consumers, and Healthcare Professionals to uncover deep insight, emotional and functional needs, and drivers of growth. We uncover patient and HCP journeys, reveal opportunities for innovation, and help define brand strategy and positioning.

We are ambitious professionals who have a keen interest in working with very competitive healthcare clients who are leaders in the field and the flexibility - and empathy - to work across diverse disease states.

We’re innovators in the realm of research and new product development, constantly developing new ways to reveal patterns, predispositions and even predictors of human behavior. This position requires you to create and execute a wide range of insight-hunting research, business planning, customer collaborations and ideation sessions.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking teammates with 10+ years of strategic development and proven results on big brands, particularly helping to drive strategy and experience in commercialization of brands (pre-launch, launch and inline) a plus. Folks who are currently working for an agency or on client-side are welcomed to apply, as long as they have some previous consulting/service-side experience in foundational insight, brand strategy and/or innovation. Pharmaceutical brand specific experience is essential.

We require hands on experience leading qualitative market research projects centered around brand strategy, unbranded/branded communication, creation of new product positioning, messaging strategy and innovation projects; this position requires a robust view and understanding of research, culture, health trends, patient or provider experience; diversity in category and Rx brands.

We are seeking people who love to immerse themselves in a strategic issue through leading sensitive and revealing conversations with patients, caregivers/care partners and HCPs - in homes, research facilities, in office and online, to learn their perspectives.

Practical experience with applied behavioral science and understanding the role cognitive bias has in decision making and how that applies to opportunities for brands is a plus.Mentoring, teaching, actively listening and proactively relaying ideas both up and down the line management chain is a must and is core to positive collaboration.
- Communication skills are key to fostering rewarding partnerships both internally and externally with clients. Understanding the context of one another’s behaviors and motivations is key to those partnerships. Being able to have positive and constructive conversations is a must.
- Our Directors enjoy generating significant new business and being accountable for leading new clients and projects on a consistent basis. Being motivated by and able to demonstrate a track record of this business ambition is key to success in this position. You will be responsible for helping to drive both vertical and company growth through new business efforts via organic growth and new business outreach.

Significant experience with pharmaceutical brands required, ideally coming out of another market research / strategy consultancy.
- Moderating experience required.
