THEM:

A boutique insights-agency who use insights to inform brand and innovation strategy, giving their clients insight-led solutions. They explore areas such as future trends, understanding the consumer, altering human behavior, and offering insights into customer buying decisions. They are a close-knit team, based in Dumbo with leadership that is passionate and committed to the growth and development of the team.


THE ROLE:

They are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Director to lead projects focusing on clients within the healthcare, wellness, and pharma space. You will be managing a collaborative team of strategists on qualitative research projects, leading insight development into strategy for brand, product, and innovation and be a stellar story teller. You will be working across several different qualitative research techniques from workshops, one-to-one interviews, and more ethnographic techniques. You will be helping to guide projects, while also internally helping to build out the health sector of the business.


YOUR BACKGROUND:

You are a switched-on individual who is passionate about the research, brand, and innovation space with a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharma space in particular. You must have 9+ years’ experience working with insights and developing strategy within an agency or consultancy with experience working on healthcare projects. You are continuing your practice in human-centered research and answering big brand challenges. You also have built and managed teams, along with bringing new processes to the table.
