Our **Warranty Administrator Assistant** will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related processes are handled efficiently and accurately at Berman CDJR.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and submit warranty claims to Chrysler accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and verify claim information to ensure completeness and compliance with warranty policies and procedures
- Communicate with Chrysler representatives regarding claim statuses, approvals, and denials
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Assist in the reconciliation of warranty receivables and provide regular status updates to the management team.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Stay up-to-date with Chrysler warranty policies, procedures, and updates
- Provide support to the service department by handling customer inquiries related to warranty coverage and claims
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration, specifically with Chrysler, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Chrysler’s warranty systems and policies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
