**Position Summary**
Supports all aspects of Conco sales, specifically within our Specialty Engineered Services (SES) Division. This position works directly with the Senior Account Managers and Inside Sales as well as SES Customers. This position is responsible to ensure compliance for our client requests for quotes, processing of orders, and real-time tracking with operations on daily execution to PO value.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Engineered Sales team.
- Work with third parties to gather cost to support quote generation.
- Enter customer and job-related data into NetSuite CRM software systems.
- Maintain Engineering Tracking and SME Quote request document
- Direct weekly Specialty Engineering Services Group conference call
- Communicate daily with SAM’s and Inside Sales
- Provide account management support to Sales team, customers, and internal department.
- Assist in SES and Conco Sales marketing functions as required.
- Assist with Inside Sales and Quote Specialist from Industrial and Power Divisions.
- Ability to work with pre-bid engineering and on-line pricing tools.
- Work with vendors to gather pricing for input into quotes.

- Microsoft Office and NetSuite CRM software systems.
- Administrative and clerical procedures such as filing and records management.
