**The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team**
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, and supporting client relations.
- Responsible for maintaining high levels of staff morale, including scheduling team building events.
- Provide support to the leadership team and ensures success of all team members.
- Ensure events are executed per guest expectations.
- Maintain and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal brand representation.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all guests and employees.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Assist with staffing/talent acquisition efforts, P&L reporting, and payroll duties.
- Perform other supportive functions as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous leadership experience in night life or other related fields.
- Strong servant leadership qualities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management, Certified Food Manager)
