**What You'll Be Doing**: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. - Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Pearl's solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with account executives to close deals.
**What You'll Need to be Successful**:
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related role (experience in the dental industry is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in lead generation and qualification.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
