As a Treatment Plan Coordinator and Patient Care Liaison Professional, you are exceptionally prepared to operate in the superior customer care field of dentistry

**Salary starts from $65,000 per year plus uncapped bonus potential**

- Being a beacon in Hospitality and Care

- Calculating the expected patient cost for treatment and presenting financial obligations to patients
- Collecting balances from patients in a timely manner
- Creating financial solutions,such as payment plans and lines of credit, to allow patients to finance treatment
- Calling dental insurances to verify eligibility and benefits
- Scheduling patients for treatment
- Organize a very effective tracking system to go through unscheduled treatment reports
- Maintaining a profitable schedule and filling last minute cancellations
- Strong knowledge of dental treatments and procedures and ability to educate patients in all matters of their treatment plans
- Build your treatment plan acceptance rate success on your exceptional problem-solving skills to help patients to afford their treatment plan and dental care
- Make sure that all the paperwork,reports and tracking documentation are completed properly and uploaded in the timely manner
- Maintaining records and presenting tracking reports of patients' treatment progress to the appropriate management unit for the proper audit protocol
- Ability to perform at the exceptional level under pressure
