We are looking for a seasoned, strategic public relations professional to join a dynamic corporate communications team that supports both external and internal communications. Reporting into the Director of Corporate Communications, the Corporate Communications Manager will help lead strategic external communications for Glassdoor, leveraging creative and impactful storytelling to deliver best-in-class PR campaigns and initiatives with an emphasis on Glassdoor community features. You will be responsible for overseeing traditional PR and editorial activities, fostering key media relationships, supporting internal communications initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all external communication channels.
**We are a remote-first organization with a flexible Where-to-work policy, allowing Glassdoor employees to work remotely, from their home, local office (if available), or Indeed Co-Working locations.**
**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute monthly strategic communication campaigns that further establish Glassdoor as the leading destination for workplace insights and conversations.
- Support the business with thought leadership and corporate storytelling that enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
- Partner with the economic research team to support PR campaigns with relevant data and insights.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
- Support internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all departments.
- Help plan and coordinate media briefings, press tours, and product launches to generate media interest and coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members to provide communication support for various initiatives, such as product launches, awards lists, research and community insights, corporate announcements, and crisis management.
- Partner closely with the company's social team on relevant content creation, community management, influencer engagement, and monitoring of social media channels.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives using various analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels
- In-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
**Compensation and benefits**
**Base salary range*: $128,080 -$192,100**:
- _Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less._
**Annual Bonus Target**: 10%**
