We are looking for an outgoing, self-starter with excellent communication skills to join our local water & wastewater contracting company in Littleton, MA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, in office, position with a nice benefits package.

This is an admin, desk position so if you are looking to be out in the field or if you are too shy to answer phones, this would not be the ideal job for you.

Other industries/jobs that transition well to this position: dispatch, insurance agent & other service-based or trades business (HVAC, Gas/Oil, etc.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Routine reporting of water quality data & statistics
- Preparation of various annual & seasonal reports
- Assist field operators with documents, chain of custodies, meter reads, communication with the state, clients and vendors
- Serve as a liaison between clients, field operators and the state
- Create & communicate project timelines with clients & the state
- Prepare permit submittals with supporting documentation
- Prepare public notices as required and certify with the state
- Organize information and present it clearly
- Prep & follow up for state surveys and activations
- Review data as it comes in from the lab and notify operations & the state about exceedances
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Update sample schedules and inform operations of any changes
- Track and trend lab data
- Maintain required project documentation
- Complete after-action reports

- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be detail orientated, self-starter and work well with others
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug and background test

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
